The most common cause of not being able to take or upload photos is that the correct permissions have not been granted to our App to allow you to do so.
Please follow the below guides to help activate the correct permissions so you can fully enjoy Candide.
If you are using an iPhone or iPad here is how to set the permissions on your device:
Select Settings on your device.
Search for and select Candide.
Set the permissions for Photos and Cameras to allow Candide access to your camera!
If you are using an android device, here is how to set the permissions for your device:
Select 'Settings' on your device.
Select the 'Apps' option.
Under the permissions, switch on the Camera and Storage options to allow Candide access to take & upload photos.
