Here at Candide, we are working closely with Gardens to help bring you great experiences.

Our partner Garden The Newt in Somerset are offering Candide users the chance to redeem a Garden Membership to their gardens after you have paid for admission.

If you search for ' The Newt in Somerset ' in the app, you should be able to find the business profile page.

If you scroll down the profile page slightly you should see a big button to claim your Garden Membership:

Once tapped, the app will then guide you through the process of setting up your Garden Membership.

Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of entitlement ready to photograph using your device

Make sure the receipt is captured in the dotted rectangle clearly.

You will need to provide the your full name, telephone number, and postcode.
If applicable, you will also need to add the full name of any other adult (or child over 16 years old) who is on your membership. Please note, if you have yet to pay entry to The Newt in Somerset for the second adult, you cannot add them to your membership, until you have paid. (Please contact support directly and we will be able to help you if you are unsure).

You will also be able to add any child to your membership that you have paid for, and is visible in the receipt you have photographed in the steps above.

If you have already not done so, you will be asked to create a Candide account, so you can access your membership ticket in our app, and use it to check-in at The Newt in Somerset.

Once you have signed up, you should be able to see the tickets button appear on the user action bar. Tapping on it will bring up your ticket code, that you can use to check-in at The Newt.
