You can renew your membership at any point in 2020 for the discounted price of £20 per adult and £8 per child.

You need to use the most up-to-date version of the Candide app to get the discounted rate, so make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Make sure you are logged into the app with the account that you registered your Garden Membership with. This will use the same email address that you registered with.

Once you are logged in, tap the 'Feed' tab at the bottom of the screen, and you will see the Activity Launcher at the top.

Next, tap the 'Ticket' button, which will say 'Expires soon' or 'Expired'.

This will launch the Membership summary screen for you, where you will see the option to 'Renew' your Garden Membership.

Tap the 'Renew' button to start renewing your Garden Membership. You can change the ticket details during the renewal process.


The following screen will show the ‘valid until’ date of your renewed membership, which is valid for a year from the date of purchase.

For example, if you are paying for your membership renewal on the 3rd of January 2020, it will show ‘valid until 3rd January 2021’.

You must agree to our terms and conditions to continue with the renewal process.

Tap the empty checkbox to agree and then tap the 'Continue' button. 

You can then add, edit or remove adults and children as needed. There is a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children per membership.

 - An adult membership costs £20
 - A child (over 5 years old) is £8
 - Children under 5 are free and do not need to be on your membership
 - Carers or companions for people with disabilities are free and do not need to be on your membership

When you have entered all the memberships you can then tap 'Pay by Card', or pay via Apple pay on iOS.

If paying by card, you can then enter your card information to pay.

Tap 'DONE' once you have entered your card details

Once you have made a successful payment, your membership will be renewed.
