So you are looking to use Candide to sell advance tickets, what’s next?

Step 1.

You’ll need to make sure you have read and signed your client agreement, ensuring you understand and are happy with all the terms and conditions. If not, speak to your area manager to discuss amendments. Once you are happy send a signed copy back to your Area Manager.

Step 2.

You’ll want to create a stripe account using the link we have provided so that any ticket purchases go directly to your bank account. If you already have a Stripe account, when you follow the link we've provided you only need to click to authorise Candide to connect.

If you do not have a Stripe account already, you will need to set one up. Follow the link we provided, and fill out the information in the form. You'll be asked to provide details about your garden including VAT number, registered business address, and bank details.

Tip: We recommend you select SMS two-step authentication, receiving a code to your phone to verify your login. Make sure the mobile number that will receive authorisation messages is one you have access to and is the person's number who will be logging into Stripe most often.

Once you have filled out the form, click the blue button to authorise Candide to connect to this account.

Step 3.

To get your tickets set up on the system, please provide us with all your ticket information, such as the prices for adults and children, or any concessions. You’ll also need to provide any terms that should be stipulated on the tickets such as your opening times and last entry to the garden. This doesn’t need to be in any particular format, and email or document with the correct information will do. Once you have shared this information we will have all we need to start selling tickets to your garden.

Step 4.

Once your tickets have been set up on our system, you’ll want to update your website with your ticket information and link to purchase.

Now you're ready to sell advance tickets to your visitors!
