If you've changed your phone recently, you can still access your garden membership via the app. Simply follow the steps below.
If you are using an iPhone or iPad, here is how to download the app:
Go to the App Store on your home screen.
Search for Candide and download the app by tapping 'Get' or 'Open'.
Skip to Step 3 if you do not have an Android.
If you are using an Android, here is how to download the app:
Go into Google Play on your home screen.
Search for Candide and download the app by tapping 'Install'.
When you open the Candide app, tap 'Sign in' and enter the email address and password you created when you first registered with Candide. Then, tap 'Log in'.
If you are having difficulties remembering your email address, contact the Candide customer support team.
If you are unsure of your password, select 'I forgot my password' and follow the steps to reset your password.
Once you are logged in, tap on the 'Tickets' section of the Community page to view your membership.
If the 'Tickets' section does not show your membership but asks for a code, try logging in with a different email address.
