We have now added the ability to view and use your garden memberships via our website.
Open the website and click the profile icon located in the top right of the screen. This is the same on both a mobile device and a computer.
Log in to your Candide account using the same information used when signing in previously to the app.
You will now be able to see all of your memberships. Just click the images in order to open the membership and view the details.
Once you click on the image of your membership, you will see your QR code which is needed to enter the garden. You can show this on your mobile device at the gardens if you do not have the app.
If you do not see an image for a garden membership once logged in, this may mean that you have not yet set up your membership or you have set up your membership using a different email address.
