Candide Memberships are mobile memberships that you can access online, on your smartphone, or with the Candide app.

Your membership has a unique QR code that the garden will scan for entry. Show the code when you visit to enter the garden.

You can use your membership on the Candide website, in the Candide app, and soon with your Apple or Google Pay wallet.

Using your membership on the Candide website

You can easily open your membership on the Candide website.

  • Go to https://candidegardening.com/GB/login and login to your Candide account, using the email address you signed up with.
    Not sure which email address you used? Check your emails for a membership confirmation from the garden.

  • In your account, you’ll see any memberships you have.

  • Tap the membership card to show the QR code, and scan the code at the garden for entry.

Using your membership in the Candide app

  • Download the app from the app store on your phone.

  • Log into your Candide account, using the email address you signed up with.

  • Tap ‘Tickets’ to find your membership.

  • Tap your membership card to show your QR code at the garden.

Using your membership without a smartphone

If you don’t have a smartphone or have trouble accessing your membership, a member of staff will be able to help you at the garden. When you buy a membership, your details are shared with the garden, so they can manage their members. To enter the garden without your membership, you can speak to a staff member, to validate your membership manually using photo ID.

Coming soon: Using your membership with your phone’s Apple or Google Pay Wallet

You’ll soon be able to save your membership to your Apple or Google Pay wallet if you prefer. This feature will be available in the next few months.
