Log in to your Candide account

Go to https://candidegardening.com/GB/login and log into your Candide account, using the email address you signed up with. You will find any memberships associated with your account there.

Step by step guide to logging in to your account

Open the Candide app

If you use the Candide app, open the app, and tap ‘Tickets’. Make sure you’re logged into the account you used to buy the membership.

Check your emails

We send a confirmation email when you buy a membership - look for an email with the name of the garden as the sender. For example, if you bought a membership for Cambo Gardens, search ‘Cambo Gardens’ to find your membership email. If you can’t find the email, check your spam or junk folders.
