We now offer a Direct Debit renewal set up so you can ensure your Newt Membership renews automatically after its expiration.

If this is something you would like to set up, please follow our guide below.

Step 1

Open up the Tickets section of the app and locate the expired or expiring Newt Membership that you wish to renew.

Step 2

Once you have selected the Newt Membership you wish to renew, select the renew button below your QR code.

Step 3

If you are happy with the number of adult tickets and the Terms and Conditions, please click "Accept and Continue" at the bottom of the page. If you wish to add or remove any adults, please click "Edit Membership".

Step 4

This will bring up further details about setting up your Direct Debit. If you are happy to continue, select "Set up Direct Debit".

Alternatively, you can select a one-off payment instead.

Step 5

You will need to enter your details to set up the Direct Debit. Once you enter these and check all the information is correct, select the "Set up Direct Debit" button.

Please note: once you have set up a direct debit, we are unable to amend these details on your membership.
