Some gardens ask members to make a booking to let them know in advance that you intend to visit the garden. These bookings can be made using the Candide website.
Log into your account using the Candide website. See instructions on how to log in below.
Once logged in, the Account page will show any existing bookings and memberships. Click on the Memberships button to view your active garden memberships.
If a garden requires bookings to be made in advance of a visit, a ‘Book a visit’ link is visible next to the image of the garden. Click that link to choose the date of your visit.
Select the date and, if required, the time of your arrival, then click Continue. Once confirmed, an email is sent confirming the booking.
Upcoming bookings can also be viewed in your Account, in the Bookings tab.
When arriving at the garden, tap 'Open membership' to check-in your booked time slot.
