You can renew your membership when it is due to expire, or if it has expired.


Step 1

Go to the Candide website and select the profile icon to log in to your account or bring up the account screen if you are already logged in

Step 2

This will bring up your Bookings and Memberships. Select the Memberships tab.

Your membership will show an orange box if it is due to expire soon or has already expired.

Step 3

You will need to select 'Renew membership'

This will show your renewed membership details. If you would like to change the number of visitors on the renewed membership, select 'Edit visitors'.

If you are happy with the information, click the 'Continue' button.

Note: If the Garden offers membership renewals via direct debit, you will be provided with the option to 'Set up Direct Debit' or 'One-off Payment' after selecting continue. The following steps will appear as below if you opt for a 'One-off Payment'.

Step 4

Fill in your payment information and select 'Pay'

Step 5

Once your payment has been successful, you will receive and confirmation email and your renewed membership can be viewed in your account.
